You may make your payments by mail, using check or money order and mailing it to HBMWD or FGCSD, PO Box 95, Eureka, CA, 95502-0095. You may also make your payments in person at our office located at 828 7th Street, Eureka. We accept, cash, check or money orders at the office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday (closed weekends and holidays) 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed Noon to 1:00 pm for lunch).
